The Justice Mohan Children's University is a first virtual University which grows and thrives on the quality of its relationships. Justice Mohan Children’s University is founded by Honorable Justice Dr. S. Mohan - Former Judge, Supreme Court of India and Shri. Dr. S. Amar Prasad Reddy – Chairman, Recruitment Analysis Council.

The JMCU’s concept is relatively simple: It offers superior educational experiences for children’s aged between 5 and 16 years and volunteering opportunities for 15-18 year olds outside of school and recognizes their achievements through the award of formal certificates and graduations, acknowledging the value of the range of different learning experiences and environments in which children engage.

JMCU is child led, meaning that children choose what activities they would like to participate in, and participation occurs on a voluntary basis. You can learn anywhere, not just in a classroom and you can learn from all sorts of people in all sorts of situations.


Objectives of the university would be formulated in the light of the guidance that we can derive from Mahatma Gandhiji, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam also many other pioneering educationists of India and the other parts of the world.

  • To introduce the Advance Teaching Methodologies to trigger the talents of Children.
  • To have tie-ups with Institutions across the Globe to exchange the concepts and ideas.
  • To organize International/National/State Level Competitions on various Domains for Children.
  • To establish the District Level Camp Office to work with village students.

To be changed as per our terms sir (Restricted Learning Destinations offer teachers and students the opportunity to explore areas of joint interest. Clubs can run for a short time, maybe only a couple of sessions, or throughout the whole school year. Some clubs may only run for half an hour each session, whereas some may last longer – it is up to the schools and students to decide what best suits their needs. These decisions make Children’s University provision in each school very individual, and a true reflection of the character of that venue.)

Justice Mohan Children’s University offers a Passport to Volunteering for 15 – 18 year olds which is a great way for older students to still be involved in Children’s University. Volunteers are involved in running activities at schools, assisting with University programs and providing positive role models for younger children.

Volunteers will also graduate and be rewarded for their contributions to the JMCU program through the award of certificates held at formal ceremonies.
